Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing VoiceAI ("Service") operated by GRX10 Solutions Private Limited ("GRX10", "we", "us"), you ("Customer") accept these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Addendum.
2. Account & eligibility
- Starter tier: mobile OTP signup; limited to OTP-verified destinations.
- Growth tier: PAN + Aadhaar KYC required.
- Enterprise: Business KYC (CIN / GSTIN) or individual KYC.
- You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering this agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to make calls that:
- Violate TRAI regulations including DND scrubbing, Unsolicited Commercial Communications rules, or registered telemarketer frameworks.
- Impersonate government, law enforcement, financial regulators, or emergency services.
- Constitute fraud, phishing, harassment, extortion, or any criminal activity under Indian law.
- Target destination numbers on GRX10's blocklist (emergency services, government helplines, operator honeypots).
- Exceed rate limits or circumvent KYC gating.
4. Billing
Platform fee (₹7.99/min on Growth tier) is billed monthly in arrears. Telco charges are passed through at cost. GST of 18% is additional. Unused prepaid credits are refundable pro-rata within 30 days; telco pass-through is non-refundable.
5. Suspension
We may suspend the Service immediately without notice if (a) KYC cannot be verified, (b) calls trigger the blocklist, (c) consumer complaints cross threshold, (d) TRAI or law enforcement directs suspension, or (e) billing default exceeds 15 days.
6. Liability cap
GRX10's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by Customer in the trailing 12 months, excluding amounts owed for telco pass-through. GRX10 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
