Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for the Data Protection Board of India.
  • First point of contact for Data Principals exercising rights under the DPDP Act.
  • Oversight of privacy programme, breach response, and consent management.
  • Periodic Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new processing activities.
  • Ensuring lawful, fair, and transparent processing across the organisation.
