GRX10 Solutions Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary for data collected through its corporate channels, and acts as a Data Processor when processing personal data on behalf of Customers through VoiceAI, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, mobile, PAN, Aadhaar (Growth), business registration (Enterprise).
- Usage data: call metadata (caller/callee numbers, duration, outcome), transcripts, and (with consent) audio recordings.
- Billing data: GSTIN, payment method last-4, invoice history.
- Technical data: IP address, device fingerprint, webhook signing keys.
How we use it
- To provide the Service — route calls, generate agent responses, bill accurately.
- To enforce the Acceptable Use Policy and maintain platform integrity.
- To respond to TRAI, RBI, law enforcement, and statutory authorities.
- To improve speech models (only with explicit opt-in, Enterprise tier).
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your personal data, and to nominate a representative. Exercise these rights by writing to dpo@grx10.com — we respond within 30 days.
Retention
Call recordings: 90 days default; configurable to 7 days minimum. Transcripts: 2 years. Billing records: 7 years (tax-statutory). Account data: life of account + 1 year.
Grievance
Grievances under IT Rules 2021 and DPDP Act 2023 may be directed to our Grievance Officer.
